Terms of service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through pippoppy.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable United Kingdom law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Seller Information

The Pip & Poppy online store is operated by:

LUDMILA KONS LTD
Company Registration Number: 17500066
Company Type: Private Limited Company registered in England and Wales
Registered Office Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Email: support@pippoppy.co.uk
Website: pippoppy.co.uk

The registered office address above is an administrative address and is not a returns address.

Please follow the return procedure set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy before sending any product back.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order through our website, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Although Pip & Poppy sells products intended for children, purchases through our online store are intended to be made by adults.

Where a person under the age of 18 uses our website, they should do so with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

However:

  • colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and the device used;

  • product dimensions and measurements may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise;

  • packaging may occasionally differ from images shown;

  • minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.

You should review all product information, age recommendations, warnings, dimensions, care instructions and safety information provided before use.

Where a product is intended for use by a child, it should be used in accordance with any applicable age guidance, safety warnings and adult supervision recommendations.

Product availability may change at any time.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee its availability until your order has been accepted.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

We currently offer free tracked standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

Any optional or additional delivery services and their applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change product prices from time to time.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we may decline or cancel the affected order before acceptance or, where appropriate, contact you to explain the error and give you the option to proceed at the correct price.

5. Orders and Formation of the Contract

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products from us.

After placing your order, you will normally receive an automated email acknowledging that we have received it.

An acknowledgement email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we accept your order, which may occur when we send confirmation of acceptance or dispatch the products, depending on the information presented during checkout.

Before accepting an order, we may refuse or cancel it where, for example:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • information provided is incomplete or clearly incorrect;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product information error;

  • the delivery address is outside our delivery area;

  • applicable restrictions prevent us from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed using Shopify and relevant third-party payment service providers.

You must use a valid payment method that you are authorised to use.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Pip & Poppy does not normally receive or store complete payment card details.

Payment providers may carry out security, verification or fraud-prevention checks before authorising a transaction.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and special offers are subject to the terms, eligibility requirements and validity period displayed with the relevant promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • discounts cannot be combined;

  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • promotions may be limited to selected products or customers;

  • minimum purchase requirements may apply.

We may amend or discontinue promotions for future purchases.

We may also correct obvious technical or pricing errors, provided this does not affect rights already acquired by consumers under applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Pip & Poppy currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

We offer free tracked standard delivery.

Final delivery may be carried out by Royal Mail or another courier or logistics provider appointed by us.

In some circumstances, an international logistics partner may handle part of the shipment before the parcel is transferred to the courier responsible for final delivery in the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times may be shown on:

  • the product page;

  • our website;

  • during checkout;

  • your order confirmation;

  • subsequent order communications.

Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery times are estimates.

Where no specific delivery date or period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, within the time required by applicable UK consumer law.

Unless another period has been agreed, this will normally mean within 30 days after the contract is entered into.

An order may be divided into multiple shipments without additional standard delivery charges.

For further information, please see our Shipping Policy.

9. Risk During Delivery

The risk of loss or damage to products remains with Pip & Poppy until the goods come into the physical possession of:

  • you; or

  • a person identified by you to take possession of the goods.

Where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered or appointed by us, different legal rules concerning the passing of risk may apply.

Nothing in this section limits rights granted to consumers under applicable UK law.

10. Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

support@pippoppy.co.uk

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

However, once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to stop or modify it.

This does not affect any statutory right to cancel a distance contract or any rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

11. Cancellation Rights and 30-Day Returns

For most products purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel the contract without giving a reason.

Subject to applicable exceptions, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

Where applicable, different rules may determine the start of the cancellation period for orders delivered in multiple parts.

In addition to this statutory right, Pip & Poppy voluntarily extends the overall return period to 30 days from receipt of the product, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To request a return, contact:

support@pippoppy.co.uk

Do not send products to our registered office.

Where a return results solely from a change of mind, size or colour selection, or another reason not caused by a fault or error on our part, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and properly disclosed.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, your statutory rights apply.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information regarding:

  • return conditions;

  • return instructions;

  • refund processing;

  • return costs;

  • exclusions;

  • statutory rights.

12. Faulty Goods and Consumer Rights

Products supplied by Pip & Poppy must comply with the standards required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Among other requirements, goods must be:

  • of satisfactory quality;

  • fit for any particular purpose made known where the law requires;

  • as described.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable UK consumer law.

Short-Term Right to Reject

In many circumstances, consumers have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that fail to conform to the contract.

The precise starting point and application of this period are determined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Repair or Replacement

Where the short-term right to reject is unavailable, has expired or the consumer chooses another available remedy, the consumer may have the right to require a repair or replacement.

Any repair or replacement required under applicable law must be provided:

  • within a reasonable time;

  • without significant inconvenience to the consumer;

  • without the consumer bearing necessary costs.

Price Reduction or Final Right to Reject

Where repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful or cannot be provided in accordance with legal requirements, the consumer may, depending on the circumstances, be entitled to:

  • an appropriate reduction in price; or

  • exercise a final right to reject the goods.

These rights are separate from our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy.

They cannot be excluded or restricted by these Terms.

Issues caused solely by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, inappropriate storage, improper care or failure to follow reasonable instructions will not normally amount to a breach of the statutory requirements where the product itself conformed to the contract when supplied.

If you believe a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, contact:

support@pippoppy.co.uk

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.

We may reasonably request photographs, video or other information necessary to understand and resolve the problem.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • check order and delivery details before submitting an order;

  • inform us promptly of any errors;

  • use products appropriately;

  • follow care, use and safety instructions;

  • follow age recommendations and supervision requirements where relevant;

  • keep products intended for children away from children outside the recommended age range where appropriate;

  • not misuse our website, promotions or payment systems;

  • not engage in fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity.

Nothing in this section reduces any statutory obligation owed by us to consumers.

14. Liability

We are responsible to consumers to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of statutory consumer rights;

  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Where you purchase products as a consumer, we do not exclude responsibility for losses arising from our failure to comply with our legal obligations.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

There may be circumstances outside our reasonable control that delay or prevent performance of our obligations.

These may include, for example:

  • significant transport disruption;

  • severe weather or natural events;

  • actions or restrictions imposed by public authorities;

  • strikes or industrial disputes;

  • war, conflict or civil disturbance;

  • interruptions to essential infrastructure;

  • major telecommunications or technology failures;

  • disruption affecting couriers, warehouses or logistics providers.

Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise their impact and will provide relevant information to customers where appropriate.

Nothing in this section removes or limits statutory rights available to consumers.

16. Personal Data

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information required to process and fulfil an order may be shared with service providers such as:

  • Shopify;

  • payment providers;

  • fulfilment partners;

  • warehouses;

  • Royal Mail;

  • other couriers and logistics providers;

  • fraud-prevention and security providers;

  • other service providers reasonably required to complete the transaction.

Please see our Privacy Policy for further information about how we collect, use and protect personal information.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any order will normally be governed by the version of these Terms in force when the relevant sales contract was entered into.

Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove statutory or contractual rights already acquired by a customer.

The latest version will be made available on pippoppy.co.uk.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any contract between you and Pip & Poppy / LUDMILA KONS LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland of mandatory protections available to them under applicable local law.

If a problem arises in connection with an order, please contact us first at:

support@pippoppy.co.uk

We will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any right to bring proceedings before a court or use another dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable consumer and civil procedure rules, including any mandatory jurisdiction rights available in their place of residence.
